Monthly Meditation for Health
Meditation has profound positive effects on health and well-being and is extremely beneficial for everyone. It becomes particularly necessary if stress, tension, anxiety, poor sleep, and fatigue are effecting your life. It is a simple practice that releases deeply held stress from the body and allows for deeper levels of rest. Though the method is very simple and can be done by anyone, it requires specific instruction.

Call All That Matters at 401.782.2126 or register online. Registration is appreciated but not absolutely necessary. Drop-ins are welcome. |
Format: Instruction in the technique begins at 7:00 p.m. Meditation begins at 7:40 p.m. for 25 minutes immediately followed by a 10 minute rest period. Those already familiar with the meditation may arrive at 7:40 p.m. There will be opportunity for discussion and questions following the rest period if desired.
