In this class Doctor Dwyer weaves together key concepts of chiropractic and yoga to examine how good posture, proper body mechanics and simple exercises can help you stay strong and healthy.
You'll learn techniques for releasing tension, creating balance and developing strength that will enable you to use your body correctly during activity.
We will discuss the importance of your spine to your overall health and you will receive postural analysis, evaluation of your basic movement patterns and a set of yoga poses and other exercises that will help keep your spine healthy.

40 Days To Personal Revolution (Yoga - Meditation - Nutrition)
This is a great program for developing powerful skills for taking care of your health. It takes place at All That Matters in Wakefield, RI.
The next program begins with a free information session on Wednesday, September 22, 2010 at 6 p.m. The actual program begins on September 29th.
Dr. Dwyer and his wife Joan participate in this yoga program as facilitators of the weekly gatherings.
